The delivery lady was very nice to my 94 year old mother who answered the door using her walker. She offered put it on the walker so mom didn't have to carry the arrangement and was very sweet to Mom. The arrangement was very beautiful and as well as the balloon. Still very pretty and healthy. The handwriting on the card even looks like my husband's but he ordered it on line! Great service and product!
